Nel 2007 si sono affiliati a Best Western Europa 83 hotel per un totale di 1331 strutture. I maggiori incrementi in Italia, Germania, Francia e Gran Bretagna.

L’Italia ha aggiunto 9 nuovi hotel raggiungendo quota 165 hotel in più di 100 destinazioni nella penisola. In Francia sono entrate nel Gruppo 22 nuove strutture portando il numero degli affiliati a 266 hotel. Il maggior portfolio europeo spetta alla Gran Bretagna con un totale di 289 Best Western Hotel e 17 nuovi hotel in Inghilterra, Galles e Scozia. La Germania ha realizzato il terzo maggior incremento, nel 2007, con 13 nuove strutture. 

Il brand alberghiero internazionale Best Western è cresciuto nel 2007 con un totale di 177 nuovi alberghi in tutto il mondo.
